Hany fawzy is a well-‐rounded, creative and committed business professional with more than 20 years of corporate and entrepreneurship experiences with a proven success record within pharmaceutical industry in Egypt and Middle East. Founder and managing partner of Step2future; a socially responsible young, future-‐ focused and research based business Consultancy Company.
A member of the American Association of Talent development (ATD) and a certified trainer for CoachingOurselves – Canada and BridgeWorks – USA in Middle East.
Founded and spearheaded Step2future as managing partner and general manager. Taken full charge for the last 9 years to manage all business functions and leading a passionate team to establish a strong position in business consultation including but not limited to training, business development, organizational development and human resources throughout a period of turbulence and market reshaping.
Succeeded to build several models of partnerships with top North American consultancy and training companies. Led several projects implemented in partnership with United Nations Organizations and European Union as well as several international organizations.
For the previous 10 years; designed, tailored, developed and implemented business development & organizational development solutions and training programs for all levels of business and non-‐for-‐profit professionals in Egypt and Middle East across several sectors; Pharmaceuticals, Oil, Construction, ICT, International development agencies etc. Developed training strategies and business content of training programs for several start-‐ups, SMEs and established companies in Egypt. Through several projects – including but not limited to livelihood and health care development-‐ with national and international organizations, he worked on bridging the gap between profit and non-‐for-‐profit sectors.
When not in business, hany writes to several newspapers, websites and magazines. He is one of the Early Egyptian bloggers writing about politics, Economy, culture and society.
He is currently; a Post Graduate Diploma in Economics -‐ London school of Economics and political science – University of London. 2009 he received International Diploma in Business – University of Cambridge – UK and in 2003 a Salesmanship and Marketing Diploma – American University in Cairo (AUC) . He was graduated with Bachelor of Pharmaceutical sciences – Cairo University
